Know about Transposons

Transposons are the genes having the ability to jump either from one piece of DNA to another or other position of the same DNA. These start to emerge when a gene is bounded by insertion sequences on both sides. This causes mutations when they jump to the middle of the gene. These are more resistant to antibiotics.
